REAP Organizing 2003-2004
Three new associations have been formed since 2003.

Three new associations have formed since 2003. They are Small Business Pioneers of Thayer County (SBPTC) at Thayer County, East Central Small Business Network (ECSBN) at Butler County, and Cass County Association for Small business Help (CCASH) at Cass County. REAP currently has 46 associations with active loan loss reserves; 29 of these associations are active and 17 are inactive with active loan loss reserves.

REAP services are available on a statewide rural basis. Through the Center for Rural Affairs’ REAP program these communities and individuals can obtain business training, networking, small loans, and technical assistance.
