Marketing Workshops Popular in Holdrege
Members of the South Central Business Development Association (SCBDA) had their pulse on the communityís interest in business education when they recruited for a marketing workshop series. The series was held March 18 and 25 at SCBDA member Dorothy Harrisís business, The Gathering Place in Holdrege.

REAP Business Specialists Phil Menke and Monica Braun instructed the workshops. Between 15 and 20 enrollees heard a primer on the four Pís of marketing: product, price, place, and promotion. Lively discussion of individual marketing issues followed.

The networking was a positive learning experience for the group. The $15 registration fee also allowed attendees the option of becoming SCBDA members.

2003 REAP Extra Mile Award
Phyllis Schoenholz holds her REAP Extra Mile Award. The award was presented by Glennis McClure in Hebron, Nebraska on March 23, 2004.
